Iker at El Larguero

Iker was on El Larguero from the restaurant where he was eating with his national team teammates, in celebration of his 100 games with la roja.  The host of the program, José Ramón de la Morena, raised the topic of the selección playing in País Vasco, and Iker’s relationship with the Basque country.  So Iker said that he had lived in Bilbao for less than one year when he was small, because his father had to go there for work reasons, and his dad loved it there and also had family there, so both he and his brother were given Basque names.  Then Joserra asked him if he had left any girlfriends behind there, and Iker said, if I had had a girlfriend when I was nine months old…
