Cristiano’s workout routine

AS previously reported that Cristiano does 3,000 sit-ups a day, and now Marca is saying (in the Feb. 2 edition) that he also does a hell of a lot of other stuff.
– Cris is usually the first to arrive at Valdebebas, two hours before the training session begins, and is the last to leave.
– He stretches, and does a bit of spinning.
– When the training session ends, Cristiano stays on the field practicing free kicks and other kicks.
– Sometimes he ends with swimming, and he now has a covered pool at home.
– He also trains on his own for an hour and a half each evening at the gym in his house.
And by the way, Cristiano spent the weekend in Lisbon with his family, including his sister, who’s about to give birth.
I am seriously impressed by how hard he works.
