a training session round-up
In the recent training sessions, we’ve seen the Real Madrid players joke around and support each other. I love when they do that, because it really shows that they care about each other.
Feb. 2: Hugs all around! Garay & Pipita (who had attended a movie premiere together the previous day), and Xabi & Arbeloa, teammates at Liverpool, Madrid and the selección.
Feb. 2: Madrid’s players attempt to cheer Fernando Gago up, after the whole Manchester City mess. Fernando was apparently very sad and the entire team, especially Raúl, tried to get him to smile. (Picture courtesy of Marca).
Feb. 3: David Mateos, from Castilla, tells realmadrid.com that all of the first team players treated the canteranos well, especially Granero and Arbeloa, who made the trip to Galicia especially easy for them.
Feb. 3: Cristiano jokes around in the training session. By the way, Alex Ferguson was quoted as saying that Cristiano is the best footballer that he has ever worked with, and that he is also extremely professional.
