hidden meaning?

So this is how Cristiano celebrated his goals against Xerez, with these gestures made to Kaká, who assisted him on both goals.  I wonder what they mean?  I’m thinking the two of them have a secret language that even the rest of the team does not understand.  Or, they just don’t even bother anymore to get in the way of this great romance.  Because nothing can stop Cristiano+Ricky.  Just look at the expression of rapture on Cristiano’s face, which I’m sure is mirrored on Kaká’s.  Who else is hearing Starship’s “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” in their heads?  To say that Cris and Ricky understand each other is a bit of an understatement at this point.
