Atlético not only did us a big favor by beating Barcelona last weekend, but their president, Enrique Cerezo, also gave us this wonderful quote:

I always say that Madrid begins every season with a nine-point advantage:  the three from playing at the Calderón, the three from when we play at the Bernabéu and the three that Barcelona drops here [at the Calderón].
