ay Sergio, ay Ricky!

Sergio Ramos and Kaká are two of the collaborators of a charity song for Haiti, “Ay Haití!”  They join several other football stars (Kun, Forlán, Iniesta) and many singers, both from Spain and Latin America, in singing this song.  You can watch the video for the song here and the making of here.  Lyrics are here (because once you hear the song, it’s going to get stuck in your head, and you’ll want to know what is being said!)  Needless to say, we don’t really get to hear Sergio and Ricky sing (they each get a bit of the chorus) but they both do look quite adorable, and it’s for a good cause!  But I would like to imagine that if we did get to hear their voices, Sergio would be singing flamenco style, while Kaká would sound like a contemporary Christian singer, of course.

If you live in Spain, you can help out by texting the word “Haiti” to 28011 to download the song – it will cost €1.20 and proceeds will go to Intermón Oxfam.

In the meantime, enjoy these screenshots from the video and making of.  I’m including Alejandro just because he’s been on this blog before.  And because he is one of my favorite singers.

Screencaps from the making of video after the jump!
