It’s great that Kaká has not only returned, but has returned in style (he scored the winning goal against Zaragoza in Saturday’s match, in case you’ve been away).
And it’s great that he has teammates that really care about him, as shown in the trip back to Madrid after the game. According to AS, he received a lot of congratulatory gestures as the team made their way back to Madrid, from the airplane crew, Jorge Valdano, Guti and members of the Madrid board. Iker told him, “thanks for coming!”
Meanwhile, the goal celebration was pretty great too, with Kaká jumping into the arms of Jerzy Dudek, just as Rafa van der Vaart had done previously. Kaká and Jerzy sat together on the plane ride back from Zaragoza.
One last great thing: how cute is this anecdote? Just before the plane landed in Madrid, Kaká showed Karim Benzema how to tie a tie properly.
