stylish golfers

May 11, 2010

Several Madrid players showed off their stylish golfing outfits today at the III Torneo Pro-Am, organized by Sergio Ramos and the Fundación Apascovi.

Surprisingly enough, it was Sergio, yes Sergio Ramos of the green pants and red leather jackets fame, who turned up in the most boring outfit, which consisted of a black shirt and black pants, with yellow piping.  His hair looked perfect, as it always has of late.

My favorite outfit of the day was definitely Jerzy Dudek’s.  Not many can pull off wearing three layers on top, including a pink shirt, all with plaid pants and a visor.

Please Iker, don’t get any ideas about the plaid pants, they will not work for you, even with your recent passion for plaid.

And Guti opted for a bright green top, which looked nice with his blond hair, as part of another surprisingly low-key outfit.

Go here to see the rest of the pics of the players who didn’t tee off, including Pepe (in another ugly shirt), Arbeloa and Pipita.  El míster, Iker, Albiol, Diarrá and Zidane were all there as well, but so far no pictures of them have come out.  Let me know if you find any, and I’ll update this post!
