I got my hands on a copy of June’s issue of Vanity Fair magazine – you know, the one with a shirtless Cristiano on the cover. I had already seen the pictures, but once again I have to say how disappointed I am with the issue, for the following reasons:
1. no Spaniards.
2. only two shirtless pictures of Cristiano.
3. placing Kaká in the seam in the group photo – we want to see all of him! And for not convincing him to remove his jeans.
4. a weird range of players – some of whom are not even going to the World Cup – obviously not a lot of research was done.
5. the portfolio was way too short – in past issues, such as their young Hollywood one, or my favorite one, featuring European royalty, they dedicated upwards of 30 pages. For this one, we got a paltry 10 or so, way too little considering how many hot footballers there are (Real Madrid itself could supply an entire portfolio).
6. the article was about football, so was it really necessary to talk about who Cristiano Ronaldo allegedly hooked up with? Anyone who follows football knows that he’s famous for more than that.
Ok, that’s all.
