one big family

June 3, 2010

When José Mourinho granted an interview to El Larguero several days ago (listen here), he said that he likes his teams to be like families.  During that interview, he was joined by some members of Real Madrid’s Alevín A team, which had been a finalist in the Torneo Nacional de Fútbol 7 a week ago, including its goalkeeper, Luca Fernández (far right, in the black shirt).

Does he look familiar to you?  He’s one more member of the Real Madrid family, as his father used to play for the club and now works for the club, and his older brother Enzo plays for Madrid’s Cadete B team.  Fernández is actually their second last name; their first last name is Zidane.

Meanwhile, blog Dona da Bola has pictures of Ruud van Nistelrooy playing with his adorable son Liam.  Head over there to see more!
