to Los Angeles we go!
Real Madrid is on their way to Los Angeles! They departed Madrid this morning for California, where they will stay until Aug. 7.
Get ready for a lot of paparazzi shots of Cristiano Ronaldo! Any girl seen within five feet of him will either be reported to be his newest girlfriend, or his baby mama!
For you stalkers, The team will train at the UCLA campus and stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel during their time in L.A. They’ll play two friendlies, one in San Francisco on Aug. 4 against Club América and one back in L.A. on Aug. 7 against the Galaxy. It seems like they’re basically taking the same trip as Iker and Sara, no?
Anyway, we got a first glimpse of our boys in their new Pedro del Hierro travel clothes.
I’m not liking the black and brown combo. And if I don’t like it, you know what that means. Iker will absolutely love this outfit!!! He will love it despite the fact that the black shoes are mandatory and he can’t wear his white sneakers.
And by the way, I’m so glad that Fer got rid of the mullet and is now sporting a more flattering hairstyle. As is Cris, whose hair is looking like Pepe’s. And it’s great that he didn’t overly tan on his summer vacation too!
Thirteen players from the first team and five from Castilla made the trip. They’ll be joined in the next several days by the ten first team players still on vacation/national team duty.

(2) how long did it take Cris to remove all his bling at the metal detector? (3) what kind of horrifying outfits/accessories are in that suitcase of his? (4) how cute are the boys in their matching outfits and backpacks?
I hate the outfits too! They look like Bassett’s brown and black liquorice..Not attractive
And what white sneakers? Honey, it’s a no brainer that he’ll slip into those horrendous shiny blue sneakers XD Oh Iker..
Wow I can’t even imagine Sergio wearing this, goodness knows he HAS to customize it somehow! :S
Come to think of it, I propose a petition enforcing Sergio to just go butt-nekkid!! Who’s in?! 😀
Could you post a list of the players who are going to be on this trip/playing in the games? I’ve been looking for a list everywhere but i can’t seem to find one.
All of the players will be with the team by the first game on Aug. 4, but I don’t know if all will actually be match-ready at that point.
I am in LA and want to attend some of the training sessions at UCLA. Do you know when they will be training and if it is open to the public?
The club hasn’t released any information, but if I find anything out, I’ll post it on the blog.
