Miguel’s a movie star!

To me, the guapísimo Miguel Torres will always be part of Madrid, even if he plays for Getafe, which means I’m going to keep posting about him!

Anyway, our Miguel made a brief appearance in the video of Spanish singer David Bustamante’s song “A Contracorriente.”  The video is based on the movie Notting Hill, with David playing the Hugh Grant role, and Miguel starring in the role that Alec Baldwin played in the movie (i.e. the famous actor boyfriend).  The girl in the Julia Roberts role is actress Paula Echevarría, who also happens to be Bustamante’s wife in real life.

Perhaps that’s why she ends up choosing David in the videoclip, because I cannot think of a single reason (on the extremely superficial level of course) why anyone would pick David over Miguel Torres.  I mean, it’s Miguel Torres!!!!

How sexy does he look in that bathrobe?  And those teeth are simply dazzling!  He is the only reason why I would even watch the video, which is quite awful (I don’t like the song either).  Well that, and because the video takes place in Madrid and there are some lovely scenes of my beloved city!
