some typical behavior

Have our boys completely lost their ability to surprise me?  In their first hours off on Saturday, this is what some of the players did.

– Lass and Benzema went shopping at Louis Vuitton.

– Cris, Kaká, Pepe & Marcelo had dinner together.

You see now why I’m not surprised at all?

Anyway, the two Frenchmen headed to Rodeo Drive, where they were seen buying items at LV.  They had to slip out the back door due to all the attention they received (maybe it was because they were decked out in their official Madrid wear?) – but imagine if Cristiano had been with them!  Actually, Cris probably wasn’t there because he already owns everything in the store and so there was nothing left for him to buy.

Meanwhile, Cristiano, no stranger to Los Angeles, took his three friends (since they are more than teammates!) to eat at Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian restaurant near the Hotel Beverly Hills.  And again, to no one’s surprise, he wore a super shiny, super tight shirt.  Video here.

By the way, Mourinho gave them this time off with the condition that they spend the night at the hotel.  Was this directed towards Cristiano, since everyone knows that he’s like a kid in a candy shop in Los Angeles?  But I tease, because I know that Cris is a complete professional, and since the pre-season has started, he’s focused and concentrating solely on football.
