one big happy family, again
José Mourinho now has at his disposal all 24 players from the first team, as well as the five canteranos! ¡Qué ilusión!
Sergio and Xabi arrived yesterday, and it didn’t take Madrid too long to get them out of their normal clothes (good job Madrid!) and into the team-mandated outfits. They had a nice, lite session with a bit of stretching and recuperative work.
Meanwhile, the players who had arrived the previous day – Canales, Khedira, Arbeloa, Rafa, Albiol and Iker, participated in the training sessions. Do the players get to choose which type of shirt they want to wear? So far Cristiano is living in the sleeveless tops, but I’m a little disappointed that Sergio opted for the shirt with sleeves.
And our new captain Iker spoke to the press. It looks like it’s been a while since he shaved, no? And speaking of beards, Pipita is sporting a thicker than usual one too, no?
Oh no! Gonzalo and Iker pleease shave!
..something’s wrong, I think I better go have a serious talk with him 😉
