In addition to providing us with fun photos, Álvaro Arbeloa’s twitter account has become THE place for other Real Madrid players to confirm whether or not they have twitter accounts.
A couple of days ago, it was the turn of Xabi Alonso. And now, Álvaro has informed us that Iker has said that “icasillasf” is not him.
Yes! Iker lives! And the fact that he told Álvaro to say this means that he’s paying attention to twitter, no? (Must be Sergio’s influence).
Will Iker become the next Real Madrid player to start tweeting??? It doesn’t seem to fit with his personality (just like I can’t imagine Xabi tweeting) but it would be fun!

Yeah I agree, Iker doesn’t seem like he’d be a regular tweeter at all. He’ll probably create an account, make his debut tweet then completely forget about it. Ten months later, he’ll randomly tweet something about the weather, and that’s about it for his twitter career 😦
Maybe he’s just afraid of all the tweets he’ll receive along the lines of, “Iker, what are you wearing today???”
Most of them from you, right? 😉
Although it would be an ideal way to purvey remedial fashion advice, assuming he ever actually read his messages…

Hahaha I would never risk the heartbeat induced by asking him what he’s wearing. Let’s just say that I like to imagine him wearing clothes that he normally wouldn’t wear..or perhaps no clothes at all *cough*..

Nah, Iker and Xabi will just continue to make Sergio and Álvaro tweet for them. Much easier on the fingers.
But I love how into it they are! It’s so cute. And continues to increase my Madrid/Sergio love.

I always had my doubts in that Iker account. As the person always used pics from somewhere else or quotes that have already been published. Wasnt sure lately, as some of the journalists used it to refer to. But it was quiet anyway lately.
So we can trust Sergio, Álvaro, Kaká, Cris and Gago. Anyone I missed? Btw. Codinas is quite lively as well and he talks with Sergio and Álvaro once in a while. Pretty cool.
Yeah Arbeloa’s great! Loving the new profile picture. By the way, I think he’s very underrated when it comes to ranking the team in terms of physical appearance (ahem Sergio would be number one..) but I think he’s very handsome. If he was in a less fortunate looking team than RM or Spain NT, he’d have mounds of screaming fangirls!
