AS informs us today that Cristiano’s body fat percentage is 7%. Impressive, no? Especially considering that the average for footballers is 10-11%. And because Cristiano’s percentage does not vary between the season and off-season, meaning he’s always in great shape.
But I could have told you that without any tests, just by looking at him. Here’s Cris right after the LA Galaxy game. Not an ounce of fat that I can see.
The other players mentioned in the article as also being in fantastic shape are Esteban Granero and of course, Sergio Ramos, as we all drooled over saw this summer during his vacation.

Mmm, I could tell you at great length just how “in shape” Sergio is… *ahem.* What this really means is that Granero needs to suck it up and join the shirtless musketeers already. ¿Me oyes, Esteban?
That was after the galaxy game?! Okay I am fuming at the channel I chose to watch because as soon as the ref blew the whistle, they just switched to their studio! :@ I’m not too attracted to CR, but still..
