Sergio Canales joins the pink club

Looks like Sergio Canales is fitting right in in Madrid!  He’s got his Audi already (given to him by the club several days ago) and is now looking for a place to live, deciding between the Mirasierra (where Pipita, Garay and Marcelo live) area and La Moraleja (where his neighbors will be Sergio Ramos and the two Dutch players).  And if that’s not enough, he’s also wearing a pink shirt (a la Xabi Alonso but minus the popped collar) and if you look closely, Pedro del Hierro boxers and belt (the same brand that is dressing Madrid in their suits and travel clothing this year).  I already knew that Sergio was a smart guy!

And remember when I was asking what to call Sergio Canales, because we already have a Sergio on the team?  Well in his junior high, they called him “Nick Carter” due his resemblance to the Backstreet Boy, while close friends and family calls him “Macaulay Culkin” because they think he looks like the actor.

PS – Sergio says he puts on the first thing he finds in the morning, his mother buys his clothes, and that only now is he learning to buy for himself.  He also says he will never get highlights or wear diamond earrings.  And if he gets a tattoo, it will be a discrete one in a place where no one can see.  I like his style!!
