one saint and ten angels…

Isn’t that what Madrid looks like in the team photo before the game?  Iker – already a saint – would reaffirm that status during the game via his penalty-stopping prowess.  And the all white, sponsor-free jerseys of Madrid make them look like angels (or in Ángel di María’s case, even more like an angel, jaja!).  Sergio Canales most looks the part, due to his baby face and cherubic blond hair, as well as his white boots, while Cristiano least looks the part, with one shorts leg hiked up to reveal his thigh.

And of course, because angels don’t do this:

And so, thanks to Iker stopping one penalty in regulation and two in the shoot-out, Real Madrid was awarded a giant trophy and bathed in confetti.  And Álvaro Morata once again got an eyeful of Cristiano Ronaldo’s legs.
