Mesut Özil’s abs are not quite what I expected. They didn’t looks so bad during his physical yesterday (probably because he was lying down) but I really didn’t expect to see this. No wonder he chose to wear a big, loose, sleeved shirt…
Now, I didn’t know much about Özil before the World Cup, so I don’t know what kind of shape he was in before, but here’s to hoping that Mou and co. (it rhymes!) don’t take long to whip him into shape! I’m sure he’ll make it in no time…
In addition, having to see Cristiano and Sergio’s impressive abs day in and day out must motivate you to work harder, no?

Haha, I can’t imagine him as a “buff” type of guy. I can only see him as he is right now, somewhat a skinny and bony athlete haha!
Özil disappoints. Judging from older photos, he was never close to Sergio and Cristiano, but at least looked fitter than here

I know its not his fault but Özil will have to work really hard to convince me and many other madridistas that he is a good signing. Oh please Florentino don’t sell VdV, Rafa actually helped us a lot last season ( unlike Kaka ) and he never complains. I remember how happy Rafa and his entire family were during his presentation especially his grandparents.

Aww I don’t mind a little junk in the trunk..no wait trunk means butt, so belly is..? Well you get what I mean. It’s a nice change from the bulky ripped-ness that is Cristiano, for instance. But if Ozil wants to turn into Sergio, then be my guest! 😀
