Note to Xabi Alonso: how long does it take for you to check twitter? Tweet something already! Or else, Álvaro and Sergio must be very bad twitter teachers…
And the list of called-up players for the first game of the season includes Rafa! It kind of scares me though, that we only have five healthy defenders, and one of them is from Castilla. And that another of them is Marcelo.
But in any case, can’t wait for the game, to see the new Real Madrid!!!
Goalkeepers: Casillas, Dudek, Adán.
Defenders: Carvalho, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Arbeloa, Mateos.
Midfielders: Khedira, Lass, Granero, Xabi Alonso, Canales, Pedro León, Di María, Van der Vaart, Özil.
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Higuaín.

yay Rafa made the squad!!! I really want him to stay. And Mateos is in there too! Great thing for the guy! Really happy for him. Mou keeps his word. Just what happens when only one or noone leaves? RM can leave the 26th without inscription, but even with 25 thered be no room for Mateos. He can play up to 10 times on switch but then?
Seems Canales will start. Cant wait for tomorrow either!

The defense situation is legitimately worrying me. All it takes is one more injury, and then we’re screwed. That said, I cannot wait for La Liga to finally *start*! (And the start of La Liga means the start of Crackovia, so it’s double the fun!)
One of the Real reporters I follow (eeek sorry can’t remember which one right now!) said Xabi only made the account so that others would stop making fake accounts claiming to be him. From that I gathered he wouldn’t be saying too much. Alvaro & Sergio need to convince him otherwise!
