Gonzalo Higuaín talked to El Mundo prior to the Argentina-Spain friendly, where he and Ángel di María will take on Iker, Sergio, Álvaro and Xabi! Here are the parts I found interesting!
Q: Have you had to watch videos of Iker Casillas in the last few days? [Lucky guy – I wish I too could have a job where that would be considered work!]
A: We’re talking about the best goalkeeper in the world. He’s a crack in the footballing world. Iker is making history, in a good way.
Q: Have you given advice to Diego Milito, your rival for the center forward spot?
A: He’s another crack. I’m not anyone to give out advice, but I’ll do everything I can to help my national team. Milito deserves to be the 9 of this team.
Q: Is it impossible to beat Spain?
A: Nothing is impossible in football. Spain has been in a privileged place for a while, and they’re one or two steps ahead of everyone else. The way they play football is one of the best in the history of football.

Im sorry because my comment has nothing to do with Pipita but Im so happy right now I could cry:
FRANCE WONNNNN and the first goal for……. KARIM!! Seriously, it’s a big step towards recovery for us, It was so hard seeing the team so low, Im as happy as if it was a WC final 🙂

No. There were concerns about his injury, that’s all, Blanc always said France needs Benzema in the NT.
Julie, I actually meant all the discussions about not calling him up with the investigations against him.
