This deserved its own post, no? This lovely image is Iker’s ad for the Philips SensoTouch 3-D electric razor, which he promoted today in Madrid.
During the presentation, Iker said (a few probably scripted words), “I’m very happy to be the image of the Senso Touch 3-D. Shaving has become a special moment for me since the World Cup, because it symbolizes the moment in which we began winning, and I hope the SensoTouch 3-D helps me to continue to triumph this season.”
P.S. for this, I’ve become a lifelong supporter of Philips and its products.

He looks REALLY good in that ad – IMO he looks better clean shaven.
You have to use shaving cream with electric razors?
I didn’t translate this part, but this razor, being so advanced, can be used on dry skin, or with shaving cream OR gel.
lol. Thanks for clearing that up, I kinda got distracted seeing how good Iker is clean shaven, then I thought ‘wait a sec…shaving cream?’
Nothing but the best for Iker – I hope now that he’s repping the brand he will shave more.

I want this shaver! lol. I use a razor but if a electric shaver can give this results fantastic! Electric razor is much better for your skin.

Iker endorsing an electic razor is a blessing. I like him with the beard but I think that he looks better without it. That is definitely scripted, I can’t imagine him saying that on his own 😀

Phillips could have hired a make-up artist to help him out with his eyebrows. Can you imagine being the lucky soul who gets to apply make up to that face? His breath quietly caresses your skin as you gently pouf his (finally clean shaven) upper lip area.
I didn’t see this one coming! Haha. So is Iker going to stay beardless while he’s the face of this razor?! 🙂 I think he looks good both ways, though.
A totally appropriate title for that photo! The “white cream” brings out his lips rather nicely… I’ve seen a making of video of this on YT, a guy was applying shaving cream on Iker’s face. A guy! Were they afraid to let a girl do this or what?
I will definately miss his beard if he has to stay clean shaven all the time, I think he looked like a some kind of conquistador with it. With or without it he looks great anyway!

Totally random, but I always thought it made him look like El Cid or Fernán González… sort of a figure of Castilian legend, come to life. Very classically Iberian.
