give Sergio the microphone!

September 23, 2010

Some lesser (in the world of unamadridista) events in the Real Madrid world, because the big one is coming up in the next post!

Cristiano trained outside with his teammates after spending yesterday’s session indoors.

And following the session, Sergio Ramos went to serve as the padrino for his good friend (and madridista) José Mercé’s concert presentation.  José Mercé will perform in Madrid on Sept. 30 and Oct. 3.  Maybe José will invite Sergio on stage to sing along with him?  That would be fantastic, no?  It would make me “muy contenta, ¿no?”  Anyway, Sergio also talked about the how the team is feeling, head here if you want to read it.

(Wow, he’s really beginning to resemble Sami Khedira, no?)

Meanwhile, the Real Madrid Foundation is doing good things in Haiti.  In August, the Foundation distributed sports and educational materials for a summer camp, as well as continued its work to rebuild the San Gerardo school.

More pictures of very adorable Haitian kids here!  Seriously, they are adorable!  And a round of applause for the Foundation for what they’re doing in Haiti.

Mhm… but the white shirt has *plaid* fake suspenders!

Not that I have a mental inventory of Sergio’s closet, nooo way… 😛

Lol! My mistake 🙂 I’m glad someone else has a stalker’s memory of what Sergio wears. His “originality” does make it easier for one to recall his previous outfits.

Ha, my first thoughts exactly! Those suspenders are starting to grow on me…

Sergio probably has to resort to wearing “faux suspenders” because if he were to wear the real thing it would make it too easy for people like us to grab on and never let go! So I dont hold his love of the “faux” against him….well maybe a little because I would be seen dragging behind him if I got the chance! 😉

    Hey Una,
just wondering but could you maybe link to the english version on the real madrid site? because what i do now is click your link check the picture, click on english and search for an article with the same picture…

And Maisoun i think i might have to agree with you on liking that sweater! the baby blue looks good on him

    • September 24, 2010 06:34

I’ll try, but the English site does not translate all of the articles, which is why I never go there.

Ohhh I love when Sergio gets his flamenco on! Please please *please* at least invite him for a fin de fiesta, José… just a little bit of bulerías and I can die a happy girl!

    I bet he’d be pretty “super contento, ¿no?” too…

(P.S.: Sergio, plz to borrow Iker’s cool new razor. You need it.)

I agree, I love the stubble….I’ve also started the process of photoshopping MY face into that picture…then I’ll wallpaper my room with the image…and probably place it somewhere outside of the house too lol to let everyone know what’s what 😉

I hope Sergio gets invited on stage, that would be wonderful. The Foundation is doing a very good job and yes the children are extremely adorable.

sami and sergio do resemble each other, but el gitano’s style increases his hotness quota…that and his gorgeous body, smile, eyes…well, you get it. sigh, add me to the list of those who love sergio’s “originality.” that man does no wrong in my eyes. love you bebe!! hope you play well tomorrow!!
