I hope this gets resolved quickly
This is from Marca, so please take it with a grain of salt.
According to the newspaper, these are the reasons why Mou is upset with Pedro León:
One. Mou didn’t like the tactical errors Pedro León made in the game against Levante. Mou had told him to help out the fullbacks and cover Asier del Horno whenever he made his way up the wing, which he did quite passively. In one play, as Del Horno ran up the side, Pedro León stayed where he was instead of covering him.
Two. During the training session on Sunday, Mou heard (firsthand or second-hand) that Pedro León was telling people that he saw himself starting the Auxerre game. Mou didn’t like this.
Three. Nor did he like the fact that Pedro León spent Monday night at Míchel’s house watching the game between Málaga and Villarreal. He thought he had gone to his former coach’s house to complain.
Well, I hope Peter Lion can get back in the coach’s good graces. He didn’t have a day off yesterday like his teammates, because one of Mou’s rules is that anyone not called up for a game (along with those injured) have to train on those off days.

really hope this solves soon!!!!
Uf, I’m taking this with several large grains of salt… methinks Marca have taken the seeds of truth (point one) and embellished it with as much “truthiness” as they think people will believe. But I hope Pedro León gets called up for this weekend, he’s growing on me!
Hmm..It would be delusional of me to assume that there are never any problems between coaches and players. Knowing that that type of tension does in fact exist at the moment makes me feel uneasy. For that reason, I am allowing myself to be delusional for the time being. Real Madrid is a happy place full of happy people 🙂
True or not, I really do hope these issues get resolved as soon as possible.
I knew there was a reason Mou was pissed.
DON’T MESS WITH MOU, LEON, OR YOU WILL SLEEP IN THE DUNGEON!!1! D:
Isnt Pedro Leon spelt L..e..o..n, then how come in some articles you’ve written it L..i..o..n?
Yes, it is spelled that way, but if you translate his name into English, it becomes “Peter Lion.” Miguel Torres (his former teammate at Getafe and my second favorite, after Iker) calls him that, so I’ve adopted it!
