Pipita needs a new name!
Oooh, I don’t think Pipita likes his twitter handle! Gonzalo sent out his first tweet this afternoon, saying, “This is my twitter but soon there will be a change in the name. I’ll notify you all. Kisses.”
This prompted the following response from Álvaro: “This is your twitter because your fans stole all the other names… so there was nothing else to choose from.”
Well, if it’s good enough for Kaká…
Meanwhile, the majority of the other tweets sent out by Álvaro today had to do with Apple and its products, such as that he owns a “few things” from Apple… and that he’s got both a Blackberry and an iPhone. I wonder if he and Xabi ever get together to chat about their Apple obsession? Or, they can now use FaceTime!
He also complimented the Benz and said he would never, ever, EVER wear a long-sleeved jersey (what a strange request, no?) This suddenly makes a lot more sense.

Haha I love Alvaro! By the way, he’s tweeted over 74,290 times, and Xabi has tweeted a whopping total number of *drum roll please*..22 tweets.. This isn’t promising, folks. I really hope Pipa decides to follow in Alvaro’s footsteps.

Pipita has in 1 day tweeted 6 times… This is promising and a great start! =D Hehehehehe It’s really cute and funny how Pipita was tryign to figure out which name and picture to use on twitter… He changed his nickname 4 times and changed his picture 2 times. eheheheheh Seems like Pipita’s twitter will be fun to read!
I love alvaro’s tweets! he’s funny and adorable! I love his geeky side! Alvaro need to make the other boys create twitter accounts too! I’d love to see Marcelo’s tweets, I bet he’d come up with some funny messages.

Haha I love their love for Apple! Perhaps Xabi and Álvaro also influenced Pepe Reina’s buying of a “super chulo” MacBook this summer? Maybe after they retire from football, they can jointly become presidents of MacWorld!
Wonder what sort of name Pipita wants? Something that better expresses that the account will be full of thumbs-up pictures? How about “elpulgardepipita”?
