Love that clip , including Angel and Mou. I don’t think Cris gets nearly enough credit for his leadership on the field [and off it as well, from what his teammates say].
In that video, does Cris call Higuain “Pipa!” at around 0:36-0:37? Why does that strike me as adorable? XD
Let’s not forget that Cris actually IS captain of another team…he may have been given the title as a favor to a dying man, but he has definitely grown into this role for Portugal…
Haha, great video! I love how Cris was gripping onto Ozil’s arm like a parent crossing the street with a toddler. Hmm Cris and Xabi; wouldn’t mind getting a few orders from those two 😉
The supposed reputation behind Cris really undermines him as a leader. I LOVE the way he was holding on to Ozil. I thought that was just too adorable. Xabi is just freaking awesome and a true leader. He’s definitely the daddy of the team.
