Two more pictures from the Constitution reading. Iker was tasked with reading the very, very end of the document (i.e. he was chosen to conclude the entire act) and when he was called up, everyone stood up to give him a standing ovation, and chanted, “I-ker, I-ker…” I bet the Congress has never seen anything like that before.
And the image below is something that hasn’t been seen since 2003! The greeting was cordial though not very warm.
