are they for real?

September 25, 2011

I ask that because it’s hard to believe that this family can be this perfect AND real (though Xabi is obviously “real” in another way).  Xabi Alonso and wife Nagore, along with Jon (in what appears to be his little school uniform) and Ane were snapped at the Retiro park.  And of course, they were all looking adorable, both individually and as a family unit.  Plus, doesn’t the sight of Xabi kissing Ane and fooling around with Jon make your heart melt?

And I like how Xabi appears to be wearing things he bought during his multiple trips to the U.S. this summer – a Yankees cap and a UCLA shirt.

Pictures from Bellazon.

… they are unfairly perfect. I do not understand how they are possible. It must defy some laws of the universe, surely?

She gets points for not being one of those people who forgets how to wear jeans and a t-shirt just because they also have designer pieces in their closet.

He gets points for wearing a Yankees cap.

    Kids are adorable as always.

I could live without the Yankees cap, but I just love this family. Are there any (recent) pics of Ane without her face pixelated?

As a Boston Red Sox fan and ardent admirer of Xabi, my heart breaks to see him wearing this symbol of desecration on his head!!! If I ever make it over to the Bernabéu I am bringing a Red Sox hat to correct the (rare) error of his ways!

Because he is not an American 🙂

It’d be like an American wearing Real Madrid shirt and an Atletico Madrid (or Barcelona) hat and strolling around Bernabeu wondering why people are giving him looks 🙂

Seeing Xabi in a Yankees cap has destroyed me. Not in a good way, either.

Little Ane is so big already! And I didn’t realize she was blond!

This set of photos is adorable. It looks like some sort of ad for family perfection. They are all lovely. The photos of Xabi and Nagore kissing Ane and Nagore with Jon on the swings are just perfect.

When I grow up I wanna be like them. Haha.

Not a fan of the Yankees hat … that needs to go! 😛 (Not a Red Sox fan either … just someone who thinks both teams are overrated. ;])

It’s so weird how they pixelize the kids’ faces. that is definitely something you do not see over here in the US … but I do like it. So much more respectful.

P.S. My current fish, Sergio (Canales), is probably on his deathbed. Definitely thinking of naming my next one Xabi. So much class …

Adorable family! Xabi trying to look like a tourist with his get-up, while trying to be neutral by wearing something L.A. and NYC.

I’m not a Bostonian and I don’t follow baseball at all…but I did spend my 4 college years in Boston and I was taught to think of the Yankees the way we all think of Barca. So seeing Xabi in that cap hurts. Haha but seriously…I’ve always said that Xabi is proof that a perfect man can exist, now we see proof that a perfect family can also exist.

una, just curious…why r his kids faces blurred out? In USA even if it’s a gossipy mag they dont blur out the kids face! I’ve never seen a clear pic of Fernando Torres’s kids either- the image is always hazy. Is it a privacy issue in your country? (BTW, I hope u have a fab week- all the best!) 🙂

It’s what they usually do with pictures of minors in Spain, unless they have explicit permission, such as a family actually posing for the photos.

Thank you Una! News of this incredibly lovely family is always welcome. Xabi is really The Archetypal Man. It’s heartwarming to see them so spectacular and yet so normal. As much as I love to see how adorable the BB’s are (they are both getting so big! Xabi is so sweet with Ana & playful with Jon! Surely Jonxtu is spunky, the perfect amount of naughty, just like we hear Xabier was!) I am really glad they blur the childrens faces. I think it should be the rule everywhere ,as children are all innocent 😀

Still swooning over The Ginger Boss, NGL…no offense Nagore! (she looks blissfully happy, so she won’t mind)They seem so in love in all the pictures I see! We need more yummy Basques in the world JS! Wonderful ♥

i respect and understand why they blurred out the faces, but i would be lying if i said i wasn’t curious to see who the little ones resemble! i didn’t realise ane was blonde, either.
