#27 with 21 days to go…
I was really happy to see Nachete joining the first team this season, not only because he deserves it, but also because he’s a canterano (he entered Real Madrid as an 11-year-old), and we need more of those on the team! Plus, he’s the older brother of the adorable Álex, and I hope we can see the brothers playing together for the first team in the future!
As for favorite moments, I would say one of them is Nacho’s debut, against Valencia on April 23, 2011, where he started and played almost the entire game, instead of just garbage minutes. Although Pipita scored a hat trick in the game, he gave the ball to Nacho, so that he could have a souvenir from his first official game with Real Madrid’s first team. And I love how Marcelo and Pepe celebrated Nacho’s debut with him!
Plus, Nacho was part of that epic water polo match.

I am sure his favorite was the game against Valencia but my favorite was probably when he played in the preseason game against Philadelphia Union because I was there 😀

It might be the Champions League match yesterday! He played the full 90 minutes! Your story makes me miss Pipita! What is his injury and when is he coming back? The pictures also remind me how much I miss Granero. 😦
