They were born only about two months apart, have the exact same initials (R.A.R.) and even dress alike. And considering how close their fathers, Álvaro Arbeloa and Raúl Albiol, are, how can Raúl and Romeo not end up best friends?
I miss Mesut! 😦
Babies always make me smile, just like Marcelo Sunshine. Thanks for your cheer-up posts. I’m happy for our guys if they go where they are appreciated and get to play regularly. Imagine how depressing it must be for fans of other teams when their players go to Real Madrid to sit on the bench. 😉
I am still depressed…I’m finding it hard to cope with Mesut and Pipita gone…
I just saw this post and I was surprised to see you are back. I missed your posts a lot. You always have interesting things about our boys and the greatest s pictures!
is it wrong that i wished romeo was going to be named alvaro instead? 😉
i did see arbiol/albeloa sitting together during the national team call-up for raul’s birthday cake presentation and it warmed my heart a bit. maybe absence makes the heart grow fonder? 🙂
PS: i am so glad you are still posting a bit. it makes me feel much better about this entire season/year/situation/drama/insert word here that you are still there to offer a perspective and let us vent free of judgment. gracias, una. x
Dear Una, I have just recently started following your blog…and WOW! what a wonderful blog…SUPER! Hope you can continue posting. Absolutely love your perspective, photos and great sense of humor. Real Madrid and all Madridistas needs you.
